00:00:00.280 --> 00:00:06.299
Really simply put, stop allowing anything that makes you feel bad into your environment.

00:00:06.790 --> 00:00:10.720
And people say, well, do you mean just walk around and feel good no matter what's going on?

00:00:11.330 --> 00:00:12.150
Absolutely.

00:00:12.199 --> 00:00:13.359
That's what you need to do.

00:00:13.720 --> 00:00:14.910
And people say, well, I can't do that.

00:00:14.910 --> 00:00:16.000
I've got too many problems.

00:00:16.010 --> 00:00:18.780
There's too much going on in my life, but there are lots of triggers.

00:00:18.780 --> 00:00:23.940
And this is what I help people identify is what the triggers are in their life, because most of them they're not aware of.

00:00:23.969 --> 00:00:25.589
Here are a couple of simple ones.

00:00:25.910 --> 00:00:27.129
Watching the news.

00:00:27.539 --> 00:00:28.820
How does that make you feel?

00:00:29.000 --> 00:00:30.280
Does that make you feel bad?

00:00:30.899 --> 00:00:31.899
Switch it off.

00:00:32.079 --> 00:00:33.009
You've got rid of a trigger.

00:00:43.420 --> 00:00:54.820
Welcome to The Wayfinder Show with Luis Hernandez, where guests discuss the why and how of making changes that led them down a more authentic path or allow them to level up in some area of their life.

00:00:55.880 --> 00:01:03.799
Our goal is to dig deep and provide not only knowledge, but actionable advice to help you get from where you are to where you want to be.

00:01:05.090 --> 00:01:07.739
Come join us and find the way to your dream life.

00:01:18.099 --> 00:01:19.739
Welcome back to the Wayfinder show.

00:01:19.739 --> 00:01:21.429
I'm your host, Louis Hernandez.

00:01:21.858 --> 00:01:26.129
today I'm here with a special guest from Denmark, Liam Naden.

00:01:26.448 --> 00:01:33.248
Liam is a transformational coach for entrepreneurs, business leaders, anyone seeking true success in life.

00:01:33.739 --> 00:01:38.299
His pioneering methods combine neuroscience, psychology, and practical strategies.

00:01:38.349 --> 00:01:46.978
To help ambitious success seekers, unlock their potential and achieve breakthroughs to live a deeply balanced purpose driven life.

00:01:47.528 --> 00:02:00.858
Liam's own journey has taken him from the success of being a serial entrepreneur as owner of more than 18 businesses and a multimillionaire to losing everything and becoming homeless in his mid forties.

00:02:01.659 --> 00:02:12.008
It was only as he rebuilt his life and wealth in a much more satisfying way that he realized the missing link to true success, the correct functioning of the human brain.

00:02:12.748 --> 00:02:17.649
He is now the host of the let yourself off the hook podcast.

00:02:18.538 --> 00:02:33.329
He is also the bestselling author and creator of the four part brain model and brain rebalancing, a process which gets The four parts of the brain working the way they should and bringing you the success you should have.

00:02:34.179 --> 00:02:44.829
Through his coaching programs and guest appearances, he now teaches individuals from around the world to understand that there's a more natural way to solve problems in all areas of life.

00:02:45.449 --> 00:02:51.699
It aligns with the brain's ability to find creative solutions to challenges, rather than attempting to fight against them.

00:02:52.359 --> 00:03:01.633
When you adopt this mindset, You achieve true and lasting success much more quickly and without the limitations of struggle and stress.

00:03:02.473 --> 00:03:04.794
Liam, welcome to the Wayfinder show.

00:03:05.924 --> 00:03:06.394
Hi, Louis.

00:03:06.514 --> 00:03:07.183
Thank you very much.

00:03:07.688 --> 00:03:08.408
Thank you for having me.

00:03:08.959 --> 00:03:09.218
Yeah.

00:03:09.218 --> 00:03:10.199
Thank you for being here.

00:03:10.248 --> 00:03:20.299
your background when I was, looking at that really caught my attention, obviously, for, for many reasons, you, you, you've had a lot of early success in life and I can relate to that.

00:03:20.378 --> 00:03:22.588
And then it seems like you lost it all.

00:03:22.588 --> 00:03:24.199
I can relate to that as well.

00:03:24.799 --> 00:03:29.229
and now figuring out how to make it work, obviously you're further along in that than I am.

00:03:29.288 --> 00:03:31.118
I'd like to start at the beginning.

00:03:31.118 --> 00:03:37.158
Like when you were a serial entrepreneur, built some multi million dollar businesses, what were you doing?

00:03:37.199 --> 00:03:37.859
What were they about?

00:03:39.318 --> 00:03:50.179
Well, I was doing all sorts of things actually, after university, I decided that I wanted to figure out how to be really successful in my life, how to have a great life.

00:03:50.179 --> 00:03:54.628
I never wanted to settle, just get a job and be an average sort of person.

00:03:54.628 --> 00:03:58.908
I wanted freedom, to be rich, and to, travel and do exciting things.

00:03:59.269 --> 00:04:07.109
So I got into my own businesses and did all sorts of things, from having a wine business, importing and selling wine.

00:04:07.128 --> 00:04:24.439
in New Zealand, my home country, to owning a, a hostel for the travelers, to having retail stores, to having a horse trekking business where we used to take people through the mountains of New Zealand, people from all around the world and training and coaching and, different businesses.

00:04:24.439 --> 00:04:35.923
But I noticed was, as I was building up all these businesses, was that I was managing to create a lot of success for myself, but I also had a lot of problems and stress.

00:04:36.514 --> 00:04:41.783
at the same time as I was working hard on my businesses and, making money.

00:04:42.564 --> 00:04:54.803
I was also something of a success seminar junkie, I used to go to lots of seminars by all the self help gurus and study really anything I could.

00:04:54.803 --> 00:04:56.903
I used to do courses and read books.

00:04:56.903 --> 00:05:05.004
I had a great library of, coaching programs and books on personal development, peak performance, goal setting, motivation.

00:05:05.704 --> 00:05:22.843
how to change your subconscious mind, how to reprogram yourself, and also a lot of things to do with spirituality as well, like meditation and the law of attraction So I was doing pretty well, I thought, and I did achieve a lot of freedom in my life and a great lifestyle.

00:05:23.444 --> 00:05:25.963
I thought I really understood what success was.

00:05:26.894 --> 00:05:44.528
But a funny thing happened in my mid 40s because it was about that time I remember this day really clearly It was one of those moments in your life where everything changes because I remember at the time I was just putting the finishing touches on my dream home, It wasn't quite finished, but it almost was.

00:05:45.178 --> 00:05:47.338
And I had a music room in this home as well.

00:05:47.338 --> 00:05:50.399
This beautiful, big house out in the countryside.

00:05:50.908 --> 00:05:52.598
I remember going into my music room.

00:05:53.069 --> 00:05:58.798
it was a beautiful sunny day, and the view through these big windows was straight out onto the mountains in the distance.

00:05:59.459 --> 00:06:10.038
And I remember thinking, on this, at this particular moment, very clearly, because it was a beautiful sunny day, but I remember thinking, I've done it! I've achieved my dream.

00:06:10.329 --> 00:06:16.369
It was almost my dream to have this house exactly the way it is, with its own music room.

00:06:16.709 --> 00:06:19.548
I've got several businesses, and they were all working.

00:06:19.759 --> 00:06:21.738
I've got all this freedom, I've got all this money.

00:06:22.613 --> 00:06:24.454
But why aren't I happy?

00:06:24.954 --> 00:06:26.973
Why is it that I don't feel happy?

00:06:27.084 --> 00:06:32.954
Why is it, instead of feeling satisfied with what I had and good about my life, I felt absolutely terrible.

00:06:33.223 --> 00:06:35.874
I was so stressed, I was almost shaking.

00:06:36.694 --> 00:06:38.733
And I thought, this is absolutely crazy.

00:06:38.733 --> 00:06:39.694
What's this all about?

00:06:39.744 --> 00:06:42.233
This can't be what I signed up for.

00:06:42.764 --> 00:06:44.754
Life has to be easier than this.

00:06:44.793 --> 00:06:46.144
I signed up to be happy.

00:06:46.413 --> 00:06:47.434
Not to have all this.

00:06:47.884 --> 00:06:50.204
success and be totally miserable.

00:06:50.944 --> 00:07:02.684
And I remember, I don't know if it's a little voice or myself Maybe it'd be better to just throw all of this away, start all over again and really go and find your soul, because that's what it felt like was my energy.

00:07:02.684 --> 00:07:05.283
My life force was being drained out of me.

00:07:05.653 --> 00:07:16.413
I had all these things on the outside that I was managing and things appeared to be going well I should have been happy and enjoying it, but I just felt this energy draining out of me because I had lots of problems to deal with.

00:07:16.874 --> 00:07:18.163
I had problems in my marriage.

00:07:18.194 --> 00:07:21.814
I had problems in my business and I just felt like I had problems.

00:07:21.824 --> 00:07:23.483
So I felt I couldn't enjoy.

00:07:23.843 --> 00:07:24.903
my success.

00:07:25.353 --> 00:07:28.944
So I said, you know, I'd really probably rather just get rid of everything.

00:07:29.403 --> 00:07:35.233
Well, as they say, you have to be careful what you ask for, because it was within a few weeks that it all collapsed.

00:07:35.483 --> 00:07:36.454
I lost everything.

00:07:36.954 --> 00:07:43.553
The businesses went, the house went, the music room went, the marriage went, it all just collapsed.

00:07:43.553 --> 00:07:53.553
And I had to move back in with my elderly mother and sleep on the sofa in the living room of her small apartment in a town far away from where I was living.

00:07:54.908 --> 00:07:56.718
I literally had the clothes on my back.

00:07:56.959 --> 00:07:58.028
That was all that was left.

00:07:58.668 --> 00:08:02.098
and I remember thinking, I said I was happy.

00:08:02.218 --> 00:08:02.899
I wasn't happy.

00:08:02.899 --> 00:08:04.598
I was prepared to lose everything.

00:08:04.598 --> 00:08:07.569
I didn't really know what losing everything actually felt like.

00:08:08.088 --> 00:08:19.959
Because losing everything for me was losing all hope, losing all sense of who I was, because I was so confused apart from being stressed.

00:08:19.959 --> 00:08:26.348
And I remember there were a couple of things I kept asking myself over and over, because I was so confused about what was happening.

00:08:26.358 --> 00:08:29.829
The first thing I kept asking was, Why has this happened to me?

00:08:30.269 --> 00:08:32.369
Because I thought I was a good guy.

00:08:32.438 --> 00:08:33.869
I hadn't done anything dishonest.

00:08:34.078 --> 00:08:38.969
I'd worked really hard, and I'd really studied everything about how to be successful in life.

00:08:39.219 --> 00:08:41.328
I had all my goals mapped out.

00:08:41.328 --> 00:08:47.198
I did so many goal setting workshops and read books on how you really create goals.

00:08:47.229 --> 00:08:49.028
You get very clear about what you want.

00:08:49.428 --> 00:08:51.379
You create a plan and you achieve it.

00:08:52.208 --> 00:08:52.589
I had all that.

00:08:53.188 --> 00:08:53.849
Laid out.

00:08:53.899 --> 00:08:55.609
I knew about positive thinking.

00:08:55.609 --> 00:09:02.479
I knew about how to use our subconscious mind, changing our beliefs so that you can create your own reality.

00:09:03.038 --> 00:09:07.308
But the weird thing was, this wasn't on my goals list to lose everything.

00:09:07.899 --> 00:09:12.139
everything I thought I knew about success and how to create it, none of this helped me.

00:09:12.269 --> 00:09:13.678
why has this happened to me?

00:09:13.698 --> 00:09:19.479
When I'm an expert on success, I've spent my life learning about how to make sure this didn't happen to me.

00:09:19.729 --> 00:09:20.489
And yet it did.

00:09:21.188 --> 00:09:25.259
And the other question I kept asking was, what do I do now?

00:09:26.048 --> 00:09:27.208
I had no opportunity.

00:09:27.208 --> 00:09:28.149
I didn't know anybody.

00:09:28.149 --> 00:09:31.219
I had no businesses, no money to start anything else.

00:09:32.028 --> 00:09:33.239
And I thought, what do I do now?

00:09:33.339 --> 00:09:38.509
The most profound thing I realized was that I didn't have an answer to either of those questions.

00:09:38.948 --> 00:09:42.369
I didn't know why it had happened to me and I didn't know what to do.

00:09:43.859 --> 00:09:48.308
that turned out to be another amazing moment because what I did then.

00:09:49.129 --> 00:09:49.918
Was the key.

00:09:50.109 --> 00:09:57.708
it was definitely something that if I'd been in any other situation, if I had anything left in my life, it's something I would never have done.

00:09:58.548 --> 00:10:03.249
what I did was I gave up and I literally just said, that's it.

00:10:03.288 --> 00:10:04.538
I'm not going to try anymore.

00:10:05.249 --> 00:10:07.109
I'm not going to try and figure out what to do.

00:10:07.109 --> 00:10:08.639
I'm not going to look for any opportunities.

00:10:09.048 --> 00:10:12.629
I'm not going to try and plan anything or learn anything or.

00:10:13.163 --> 00:10:14.884
organize my thoughts around anything.

00:10:14.933 --> 00:10:15.673
I just give up.

00:10:15.673 --> 00:10:17.053
I'm too exhausted.

00:10:17.053 --> 00:10:17.874
I'm too tired.

00:10:18.323 --> 00:10:19.453
I'm too confused.

00:10:19.744 --> 00:10:20.264
I give up.

00:10:21.364 --> 00:10:27.514
And what I didn't realize at the time was that created a shift in me.

00:10:27.764 --> 00:10:32.264
I didn't know what it was, and I've since figured it out But essentially from that, everything changed.

00:10:32.714 --> 00:10:35.264
And before long, a relationship came along.

00:10:35.274 --> 00:10:38.183
something unexpected, something far better than I'd ever had before.

00:10:38.573 --> 00:10:42.063
Liam, let me stop you for a minute before we go into that transition.

00:10:42.214 --> 00:10:45.844
I want to dive a little deeper into, the history here.

00:10:46.533 --> 00:10:53.653
I'm wondering in that process, in that season where everything was collapsing, right.

00:10:53.693 --> 00:11:07.933
And, when you gave up, is there a specific moment you can recall where you were like, I give up, it was a few years ago now, so a lot of it was from memory and a lot of what I figured out that I'd done comes from my memory.

00:11:08.224 --> 00:11:13.864
So it probably wasn't an exact moment, but it was a period of coming to that awareness.

00:11:14.874 --> 00:11:16.663
and that's what created the shift.

00:11:16.714 --> 00:11:22.370
prior to that, do you think all of the stresses and unhappiness built up with the success.

00:11:23.966 --> 00:11:34.535
Absolutely, because what I didn't realize was all of the stress and problems in my life were things I was creating because I was using my brain in the wrong way.

00:11:35.046 --> 00:11:39.995
as we can talk about, or what I subsequently discovered, is this a right way to use the brain.

00:11:40.206 --> 00:11:44.076
There's a part of the brain that's there to ensure we don't have problems in our life.

00:11:44.346 --> 00:11:46.535
to ensure that we live our best life possible.

00:11:47.030 --> 00:11:49.421
And there's another part of our brain that keeps us stuck.

00:11:49.990 --> 00:11:55.880
depending on which part of your brain you use, that's going to determine the results you get in your life.

00:11:55.880 --> 00:12:02.441
And I didn't realize this, nobody had talked to me about this stuff, and I had to figure it out for myself, but that was the shift, that was the change.

00:12:02.681 --> 00:12:03.691
Let me ask you something else.

00:12:04.081 --> 00:12:05.951
Let me go back even further, right?

00:12:05.980 --> 00:12:15.240
Like in your upbringing, did you grow up in a successful household with parents who were multimillionaire business owners and such, or?

00:12:15.331 --> 00:12:16.201
no, not at all.

00:12:16.250 --> 00:12:17.250
I started with nothing.

00:12:17.250 --> 00:12:22.160
And, and certainly my parents loving people, I was brought up in a very, Christian household.

00:12:22.811 --> 00:12:29.030
So my parents were very much Of the belief, if you want to be happy, you just ask God for what you want, you pray, and God will give it to you.

00:12:29.490 --> 00:12:33.110
And in fact, I did try all of that, and it didn't work for me.

00:12:33.410 --> 00:12:47.541
And it didn't really work for them either, and I subsequently figured out that's part of the puzzle as to why prayer Didn't work or doesn't work for many people because again, that's to do with our biological nature, our biological functioning, which we'll talk about.

00:12:47.910 --> 00:12:57.961
I only ask because, I went through the same thing, I came up in very humble upbringings and then I had a lot of success in my twenties and then we lost it all in our mid thirties.

00:12:58.140 --> 00:13:01.780
luckily I was about a decade ahead of you when you lose it all To recover.

00:13:02.061 --> 00:13:06.280
I specifically remember the moment where I gave up, I remember all the stresses.

00:13:06.331 --> 00:13:07.980
I was an angry person.

00:13:08.230 --> 00:13:09.160
very stressed.

00:13:09.160 --> 00:13:12.250
even though we had means, you know, I never felt like it.

00:13:12.250 --> 00:13:14.321
I've always felt like I was in scarcity, right?

00:13:14.321 --> 00:13:15.990
And, and, and it was very stressful.

00:13:17.721 --> 00:13:21.660
I was angry and now I'm still not back to having the means I had back then.

00:13:21.841 --> 00:13:22.841
Although we do very well.

00:13:22.841 --> 00:13:26.410
the happiness level is much greater, right?

00:13:26.471 --> 00:13:33.581
I don't have any of those stresses and I keep designing for happiness rather than designing for richness, right?

00:13:34.301 --> 00:13:34.671
For personal gain.

00:13:35.071 --> 00:13:38.370
having a design for happiness rather than the bigger bank account.

00:13:38.370 --> 00:13:40.250
makes for a big difference.

00:13:41.091 --> 00:13:41.941
Oh, absolutely.

00:13:42.041 --> 00:13:42.971
that's what it's all about.

00:13:43.421 --> 00:14:07.211
I only ask about the moment because I remember a certain moment where it happened to me I was just sitting I was working, our bathroom had flooded, There was a leak underneath and I was trying to fix it myself, it just came to me that oh I can just give up and just start although you know and and it was our dream home with a one and three year old and it all happened I remember specifically that moment like what I was wearing what I look like all that you know and Wow.

00:14:07.936 --> 00:14:14.535
And I don't remember a lot of these tragic memories in life, but that was one where it allowed for that.

00:14:14.635 --> 00:14:18.966
And I've talked to other people with that, so I just wonder if you had a moment like that.

00:14:19.426 --> 00:14:23.355
because I'm always curious as to why we hold that moment specifically.

00:14:23.416 --> 00:14:28.956
You being a brain expert, I just was wondering if there's a reason why we hold that moment.

00:14:30.780 --> 00:14:37.701
I can certainly explain because the way I changed my life was all of these good things started to happen to me.

00:14:37.780 --> 00:14:43.020
a new relationship showed up, then a business showed up and then another business showed up.

00:14:43.291 --> 00:14:53.160
Before I knew it, I was buying a brand new motor home and traveling around New Zealand, my home country, just running my businesses remotely.

00:14:53.466 --> 00:14:58.765
And then we moved to Europe, and I bought a brand new yacht, and we spent eight years sailing around Europe.

00:14:59.255 --> 00:15:02.745
all of these things were sort of like falling into place like dominoes.

00:15:03.405 --> 00:15:21.030
I remember another moment, we were in a beautiful bay in the Greek islands, on our own yacht, no other boats around, you wake up in the morning, and the sun is coming through the windows, you go up, fall off the back of the boat and have a swim in this beautiful warm water in the Greek islands.

00:15:21.816 --> 00:15:31.635
And then get this was what happened to me and then getting up and drying off and going, you know, I've got two businesses that are working for me remotely all around the world.

00:15:31.755 --> 00:15:33.306
And here I am in the Greek islands.

00:15:33.995 --> 00:15:35.046
Isn't this amazing?

00:15:35.336 --> 00:15:37.056
But the difference between that moment.

00:15:37.311 --> 00:15:46.191
And my previous life where I had two businesses was, you know, sometimes you just know that your life is working, that you're doing what you're supposed to be doing.

00:15:46.530 --> 00:15:47.821
Because I had no stress.

00:15:47.860 --> 00:15:48.760
I had no problems.

00:15:48.780 --> 00:15:50.770
The prison businesses were going brilliantly.

00:15:50.980 --> 00:15:52.520
My life was going brilliantly.

00:15:53.211 --> 00:16:11.196
And I thought this is so weird because I really feel for the first time that I'm achieving or I'm, I'm experiencing what I thought I'd always experienced by going after all those goals and trying to be successful, which is the feeling of being successful, not being bound down by stress and problems.

00:16:12.025 --> 00:16:20.850
And I thought, Why is it though, because it made me confused, because I thought, why is it that I put in all that effort trying to reach my goals?

00:16:20.850 --> 00:16:22.581
You know, I had all my goals worked out.

00:16:23.010 --> 00:16:25.451
Anytime anyone had an opportunity, I'd go for it.

00:16:25.480 --> 00:16:30.821
I'd always be looking for new ways to improve and make more money and have more of everything.

00:16:31.291 --> 00:16:36.880
And I'd always be, seeking out more information, reading lots of books, doing everything I could.

00:16:37.385 --> 00:16:41.115
Why is it when I tried all that approach, everything just fell apart?

00:16:41.456 --> 00:16:44.125
But this approach, I wasn't setting any goals.

00:16:44.586 --> 00:16:46.285
I wasn't trying to figure anything out.

00:16:46.596 --> 00:16:48.255
I wasn't chasing after anything.

00:16:48.676 --> 00:16:52.410
Things were just coming to me and it was all working perfectly.

00:16:52.821 --> 00:16:56.750
This is the opposite of everything I've ever been told about how you create success in your life.

00:16:57.041 --> 00:17:04.211
But this feels like success that didn't feel like success, even though it might've looked like it, but I had all the stress and problems.

00:17:04.861 --> 00:17:06.871
This is what real success is.

00:17:07.201 --> 00:17:10.090
So I said to myself, I'm going to go and figure out what I'm doing differently.

00:17:10.441 --> 00:17:15.101
Because I knew I had to be doing something differently, and I thought, I don't want to mess this up.

00:17:15.681 --> 00:17:19.580
I want to figure out what it is I'm doing that is actually creating results.

00:17:19.871 --> 00:17:26.671
Not all the stuff I read in the books about goal setting and using your mind in a certain way and beliefs and all that sort of stuff.

00:17:26.721 --> 00:17:28.631
Because I tried all that, it didn't work.

00:17:28.921 --> 00:17:33.030
So I thought, what is it that I'm doing that really is working, that's giving me these results?

00:17:33.951 --> 00:17:35.671
And that's what I went on a journey to figure out.

00:17:35.711 --> 00:17:45.431
And when I started to figure out, I realized it was completely different to anything I'd ever been told before, but maybe that's why I never really got the success that I wanted before.

00:17:45.901 --> 00:17:56.490
And that's what I share now with people, is what really creates the results in our life, and how you can get what you actually want, rather than living in a life of struggle, trying to force things to happen.

00:17:57.395 --> 00:17:58.685
Wow, that's powerful.

00:17:59.635 --> 00:18:05.185
I mean, obviously when I'm hearing that, setting goals, we all know that's a big deal.

00:18:05.185 --> 00:18:12.955
You know, I have, guests who come on and we talk about visioning, which is setting goals essentially, and quantifying them so we know how to hit them and all this stuff.

00:18:12.976 --> 00:18:15.026
And you're saying that doesn't work.

00:18:15.096 --> 00:18:16.385
That wasn't success to you.

00:18:16.895 --> 00:18:17.665
Is that what you're saying?

00:18:18.871 --> 00:18:27.790
we could talk about goal setting The reason that very few people feel that they're successful is be, maybe it's some something to do with whatever we've been told.

00:18:27.790 --> 00:18:29.800
Works, doesn't work.

00:18:30.050 --> 00:18:34.881
if you ask anybody and anybody who's listening or watching this might be a question to ask yourself.

00:18:35.090 --> 00:18:39.810
What percentage of your goals that you, set for yourself do you ever achieve?

00:18:40.681 --> 00:18:43.501
And when I start working with people who come to me for help with fear.

00:18:44.135 --> 00:18:45.566
Life problems, if you like.

00:18:46.155 --> 00:18:50.526
That's one of the first questions I ask them is what percentage of your goals you actually achieve?

00:18:50.635 --> 00:18:51.915
Is it a hundred percent?

00:18:52.546 --> 00:18:53.885
And they say no.

00:18:53.895 --> 00:18:55.885
I say, well, is it ninety percent?

00:18:56.145 --> 00:18:57.455
Still get a shake of the head.

00:18:58.215 --> 00:18:59.355
Is it eighty percent?

00:19:00.415 --> 00:19:01.576
Is it 50%?

00:19:02.365 --> 00:19:02.935
40?

00:19:03.226 --> 00:19:03.715
30?

00:19:04.076 --> 00:19:07.155
You know what the average for achievement of goals is?

00:19:07.165 --> 00:19:09.486
It's about two to three percent.

00:19:09.736 --> 00:19:10.256
Wow.

00:19:10.306 --> 00:19:11.875
And it's not just me who said that.

00:19:12.105 --> 00:19:14.796
Other people that I've read have come to that conclusion.

00:19:15.371 --> 00:19:19.280
There's only a 2 3 percent success rate on achieving goals.

00:19:19.621 --> 00:19:27.240
And here we all are, thinking we've got to set our goals, because everybody else is telling us, Nobody's reaching their goals.

00:19:27.280 --> 00:19:30.931
We're all telling ourselves we are, but it's not actually working.

00:19:30.941 --> 00:19:32.201
It's not what works.

00:19:32.550 --> 00:19:37.020
what I didn't realize is the fundamental reason why goal setting doesn't work.

00:19:38.161 --> 00:19:51.490
And I think we need to acknowledge when you understand, why goal setting doesn't work, why it's unnatural, then you'll realize that, we really have been told a lot of the wrong things by people who keep repeating this thing that goal setting is the way to go.

00:19:51.550 --> 00:19:52.340
It doesn't work.

00:19:53.111 --> 00:19:53.570
Wow.

00:19:53.931 --> 00:19:56.191
Well, I mean, that's really alarming, right?

00:19:56.201 --> 00:19:57.101
Two to 3%.

00:19:57.810 --> 00:19:59.830
I had never heard that statistic that low.

00:19:59.830 --> 00:20:01.290
I would have guessed maybe 50%.

00:20:01.330 --> 00:20:01.961
that's wild.

00:20:02.431 --> 00:20:04.270
So, I mean, you teased us.

00:20:04.280 --> 00:20:05.840
Why exactly doesn't it work?

00:20:07.326 --> 00:20:18.756
Well, here's the thing that I'd been missing about success, The thing that overrides everything in our life that determines what happens to us and what we achieve above all else is nature.

00:20:19.665 --> 00:20:20.746
Nature rules.

00:20:20.796 --> 00:20:22.226
We live in a biological body.

00:20:22.226 --> 00:20:23.976
We live in a biological world.

00:20:24.375 --> 00:20:29.266
There are rules around nature and I'll give you a good example.

00:20:29.645 --> 00:20:34.685
You could stand on the top of a 10 story building and you could say to yourself, I'm going to fly up in the air.

00:20:35.016 --> 00:20:40.215
Now you can meditate, you can pray, you can work on changing your beliefs, your subconscious mind.

00:20:40.395 --> 00:20:42.925
You can convince yourself, you can do all of these things.

00:20:43.736 --> 00:20:46.516
But the second you walk off that building, you're going to fall down.

00:20:46.776 --> 00:20:49.115
Nature doesn't care what you think or want.

00:20:49.346 --> 00:20:50.945
Nature has its own rules.

00:20:51.355 --> 00:20:55.556
And nature actually has a rule about biological survival.

00:20:56.125 --> 00:21:07.006
There are three important rules, but the most important rule is the law if you were to ask any biological scientist, what's the overriding purpose, structure, or rule, of nature?

00:21:07.175 --> 00:21:10.865
all of life exists for one thing, and that is to survive.

00:21:11.346 --> 00:21:14.986
That is what every living thing is programmed, biologically, to do.

00:21:15.355 --> 00:21:16.455
But how does it do that?

00:21:16.546 --> 00:21:24.476
Well, if you really think about it, if everything is striving to survive, what it's really striving to do is to be the best that it can be.

00:21:25.135 --> 00:21:28.806
Because when it's the best that it can be, it has the greatest chance for survival.

00:21:29.526 --> 00:21:37.675
And nature has a word, or science has a word for this, when a living thing is being the best that it can be, and it's called homeostasis.

00:21:37.865 --> 00:21:49.336
Homeostasis means the optimum functioning of the organism, and every living thing is programmed biologically to seek to achieve and maintain this state of optimum functioning.

00:21:49.740 --> 00:21:53.671
So that it has the greatest chance for survival, which is its biological purpose.

00:21:54.300 --> 00:21:59.391
So that's the overriding purpose of nature, is to make every living thing as good as it can be.

00:22:00.070 --> 00:22:03.601
Now for humans, we're biological, so we have that purpose as well.

00:22:04.090 --> 00:22:13.750
But if you were to ask most people, do you feel that you're being the best that you can be, they would go, no, I'm way off, I've got all these problems and stress my body's not as good as it can be and I'm not happy.

00:22:14.090 --> 00:22:17.402
Very few people feel that they are being the best that they can be.

00:22:17.612 --> 00:22:21.761
Which is really strange when that's the way we are biologically designed.

00:22:21.761 --> 00:22:25.731
We're biologically designed to be in this optimum state.

00:22:26.152 --> 00:22:34.821
And the way we're designed to do that, the way every living thing is designed to do that, is to use a mechanism that's been provided for that purpose, and that's a brain.

00:22:35.757 --> 00:22:42.096
So the brain is a mechanism, or what I call a machine, provided for every living thing with one function.

00:22:42.487 --> 00:22:49.646
To make that organism achieve homeostasis, be the best that it can be, so that it has the greatest chance for survival.

00:22:49.696 --> 00:22:52.346
So that it functions when it's functioning optimally.

00:22:52.717 --> 00:22:55.346
And of course, for us, what does optimal functioning mean?

00:22:55.757 --> 00:23:01.561
It's not just physically being as good as we can be, It's also mentally and emotionally being as good as we can be.

00:23:01.602 --> 00:23:02.882
In other words, being happy.

00:23:03.582 --> 00:23:07.932
when I realized this, I thought this is amazing because it makes so much sense.

00:23:07.932 --> 00:23:17.821
We're actually biologically designed and programmed to be happy, not to have problems, to be the best that we can be, be in this optimum state.

00:23:17.821 --> 00:23:19.571
sometimes we have that feeling.

00:23:20.336 --> 00:23:25.537
That we're in the flow of life, we're in the zone, and things are going well, and everything's falling into place.

00:23:25.946 --> 00:23:30.287
we feel that, you know, gratitude and love, and we just feel like, yeah, this is, this is great.

00:23:30.787 --> 00:23:32.487
But those moments don't often happen.

00:23:32.797 --> 00:23:40.047
the reason they don't often happen is because the machine that we have to make sure that happens we're not using it the right way.

00:23:40.432 --> 00:23:41.392
We don't know how to drive it.

00:23:41.392 --> 00:23:42.602
It's like a motor car.

00:23:42.842 --> 00:23:46.912
a motor car is a machine, and there's nothing complicated about what it's designed to do.

00:23:46.922 --> 00:23:50.442
It's designed to get you from where you are to where you want to go.

00:23:50.771 --> 00:23:55.842
Predictably, comfortably, enjoyably, it's just what it's there to do.

00:23:56.152 --> 00:23:59.362
it's not going to get you where you want to go, and it's not going to give you a very pleasant ride.

00:23:59.662 --> 00:24:03.321
You might think you'd have to get out from behind and push, if you didn't know how a motor car worked.

00:24:03.491 --> 00:24:07.942
if you didn't know what all the levers were for, you're not going to get very far.

00:24:07.942 --> 00:24:11.862
It's going to be a lot of effort, a lot of stress, and you're going to think, what's wrong here?

00:24:11.862 --> 00:24:13.051
why have I got so many problems?

00:24:13.051 --> 00:24:14.471
And you might even blow up the engine.

00:24:15.061 --> 00:24:16.811
So, it is the same with the brain.

00:24:16.811 --> 00:24:22.876
What a problem is, it's a sign, that this machine, the brain, we're not using it the right way.

00:24:23.376 --> 00:24:27.156
Like any machine, if you use it the wrong way, the result is problems.

00:24:28.027 --> 00:24:29.967
So I didn't really understand any of this.

00:24:29.967 --> 00:24:41.027
But when I started to explore it and it made such total sense, then I thought, well, all I need to do is understand how the brain works, how this machine works and use it in a natural way.

00:24:41.446 --> 00:24:45.922
And when I started to explore this, I realized that's the only difference.

00:24:45.922 --> 00:24:51.731
That was the only thing I was doing between my old stressed life and my new life where everything just seemed to work.

00:24:52.251 --> 00:24:56.061
The only difference was how I was using my brain, how I was using this mechanism.

00:24:56.821 --> 00:25:02.491
And what I'm talking about here is not anything to do with the subconscious or, any theoretical, concepts.

00:25:02.731 --> 00:25:04.922
This is about your biological brain.

00:25:05.172 --> 00:25:16.612
I've created a model where there are four different regions inside your skull that all have a different function and purpose, and the way those four regions are used determines the results you get in your life.

00:25:16.971 --> 00:25:34.811
Whether it's a life full of problems and stress, which is a sign you're not using it the right way, or whether everything flows to give you what you're supposed to be here for, which is to experience homeostasis, functioning optimally, mentally, spiritually, emotionally, and physically, so that you thrive.

00:25:35.287 --> 00:25:35.922
Are those the four?

00:25:35.922 --> 00:25:36.682
That's what it comes down to.

00:25:37.267 --> 00:25:38.767
Are those the four parts of the brain?

00:25:40.527 --> 00:25:44.376
Yeah, I've created a model, it's on my website, I've created a model of the four different parts.

00:25:44.936 --> 00:25:57.176
And what I've done is, it's a very simple model, you know, it's all backed by science and they've all got fancy scientific terms but I've simplified it to help people understand it because this is very simple stuff because it's natural.

00:25:57.237 --> 00:25:59.436
We're naturally designed to be like this.

00:25:59.876 --> 00:26:04.497
The only reason we're not is we've learned all of these things like life is hard.

00:26:04.737 --> 00:26:06.136
You have to set goals.

00:26:06.457 --> 00:26:07.567
You don't know enough.

00:26:07.886 --> 00:26:09.737
You have to overcome challenges.

00:26:10.666 --> 00:26:12.116
difficulties are good for you.

00:26:12.126 --> 00:26:13.866
You're always going to have problems.

00:26:14.356 --> 00:26:19.626
we've been taught all of these things and all that does is make sure that we're using our brain in the wrong way.

00:26:19.626 --> 00:26:22.666
if you look at the rest of nature, there is no struggle.

00:26:22.846 --> 00:26:23.856
There is no force.

00:26:23.856 --> 00:26:26.116
There is no setting goals.

00:26:26.146 --> 00:26:34.547
even in the Bible, it was interesting that, I was brought up a Christian, I did study the Bible because I thought, Even at a young age, maybe I can learn here on how to be successful.

00:26:35.136 --> 00:26:41.186
But in the Bible, it says, the Bible turns out to be one of the best manuals on how to use your brain that exists.

00:26:41.807 --> 00:26:43.227
Because what does it say in the Bible?

00:26:43.606 --> 00:26:46.227
Do not worry about what you shall eat, drink and wear.

00:26:46.696 --> 00:26:50.646
It will be provided for you and give no thought for tomorrow.

00:26:50.797 --> 00:26:52.396
Tomorrow will take care of itself.

00:26:52.846 --> 00:26:53.207
it says.

00:26:54.096 --> 00:26:56.856
Do not worry about what you will eat, drink, or wear.

00:26:56.916 --> 00:26:58.586
It will be provided for you.

00:26:58.767 --> 00:27:00.656
You don't have to go out and earn it.

00:27:00.717 --> 00:27:02.247
It's going to be provided for you.

00:27:02.596 --> 00:27:04.707
People might say, well, hang on, that can't be right.

00:27:04.707 --> 00:27:13.606
Everyone knows you have to work for something, but it turns out that the way your brain works and the way all of nature works is it's about some effort, but it's not about struggle.

00:27:14.086 --> 00:27:19.497
And it's about allowing things to show up in your life with the least amount of struggle.

00:27:21.086 --> 00:27:23.317
And that's exactly how it works biologically.

00:27:24.311 --> 00:27:28.781
So we give, you know, what is the right way to go about thinking about these?

00:27:28.961 --> 00:27:34.531
You say don't worry, just go about your day without worry, and you're gonna be in homeostasis and happy and successful.

00:27:34.582 --> 00:27:35.602
is it just that simple?

00:27:37.497 --> 00:27:42.487
It is that simple, but what makes it difficult for people is that they don't understand why that works.

00:27:42.727 --> 00:27:44.507
But I can explain why that works.

00:27:45.336 --> 00:28:00.717
Have you ever been, if we talk about what is your optimum functioning, what homeostasis is, I mentioned a little bit earlier about, you know, sometimes you have that feeling that everything's going well in your life and, Things are happening without too much struggle and effort.

00:28:01.307 --> 00:28:08.416
there's this part of the brain, which I call the creative brain that manages your life to ensure you maintain homeostasis.

00:28:09.106 --> 00:28:13.317
And this part of your brain, it's located right in the very centre of your, centre of your skull.

00:28:13.757 --> 00:28:19.416
What comes out of this brain, or what its functions are, are creativity, your imagination.

00:28:19.902 --> 00:28:27.311
Your inspiration, your intuition, it's where you get those gut feelings of something about I should do that, or I shouldn't do that.

00:28:28.261 --> 00:28:30.192
You know, that little voice within us.

00:28:30.741 --> 00:28:32.442
It's where you get new ideas from.

00:28:32.501 --> 00:28:39.842
you've been working on something and struggling with a problem for weeks or months or years and a lot of inventors and creative people have talked about this.

00:28:39.842 --> 00:28:46.944
They've worked away on a problem for years, and then suddenly you're doing something else and you get the answer to the problem Oh, that's so obvious.

00:28:46.954 --> 00:28:49.075
Why didn't I think of that before?

00:28:49.555 --> 00:28:51.565
Now, that's all come from a different part of your brain.

00:28:51.565 --> 00:28:53.575
what's the thing that this has all got in common?

00:28:53.805 --> 00:28:54.875
It's not a struggle.

00:28:54.934 --> 00:28:55.805
It's not an effort.

00:28:55.855 --> 00:28:58.365
It's not something you're out there trying to make happen.

00:28:58.605 --> 00:28:59.734
It just comes to you.

00:28:59.736 --> 00:29:01.796
composers of music talk about this.

00:29:01.996 --> 00:29:08.645
If you watch an interview with any songwriter, they're often asked, where did you get the idea for that song?

00:29:09.145 --> 00:29:10.086
You know what they all say?

00:29:10.145 --> 00:29:11.326
Exactly the same thing.

00:29:11.996 --> 00:29:12.945
It just came to me.

00:29:12.945 --> 00:29:13.955
I don't know where it came from.

00:29:13.965 --> 00:29:16.556
It's just all of a sudden I heard it in my head and then I just wrote it down.

00:29:16.996 --> 00:29:18.405
So where does it come from?

00:29:18.776 --> 00:29:22.236
This is the natural, biological way we're designed to live.

00:29:22.476 --> 00:29:31.076
Not without struggle, but getting the right ideas at the right time, acting on the right ideas, not acting on the wrong ideas, Doesn't that create problems in our life?

00:29:31.306 --> 00:29:33.016
and getting everything we need.

00:29:33.016 --> 00:29:38.846
If we have a problem, show up, getting the answers to it and putting an effort, but everything flowing.

00:29:38.895 --> 00:29:52.965
And, and many people have talked about this, tried to understand the state and talked about being in the flow, being in the zone, being in the state Life, your brain, is making everything work for you without struggle, without force.

00:29:53.415 --> 00:30:04.026
how do you explain coincidence and synchronicity and things that just show up out of the blue like they did for me when I had nothing and then someone came in and said, here's a chance to open a business for you.

00:30:04.076 --> 00:30:04.635
And I did.

00:30:05.546 --> 00:30:09.826
We all have these experiences where good things happen to us and we go, I wonder how that happened.

00:30:10.155 --> 00:30:12.361
We don't realize our brain has the power to do that.

00:30:12.770 --> 00:30:15.401
It has the power to make the right things happen for you.

00:30:15.681 --> 00:30:18.421
It gives you the power to see the opportunities that are there.

00:30:18.826 --> 00:30:19.496
act on them.

00:30:19.976 --> 00:30:21.496
this is the way we're supposed to be.

00:30:21.905 --> 00:30:46.596
if I could interject for a second, what I'm hearing is, oftentimes you hear, meditation experts visioning experts or, Athletes or what have you when, when you talk about, you know, developing setting, setting, there's still some of the people, maybe the confusing goal setting with visioning where they, they still picture something to go after, And the brain starts to work towards it.

00:30:46.596 --> 00:30:48.435
It just seems to happen by.

00:30:49.401 --> 00:30:55.780
You're setting that intention and having some clear vision around it and going after it, right?

00:30:56.611 --> 00:30:59.770
So, how is that different?

00:30:59.830 --> 00:31:01.280
I might not be describing that right.

00:31:02.141 --> 00:31:05.681
Maybe it's me, but I know exactly what you're saying.

00:31:05.711 --> 00:31:08.971
But here's the problem with that, and it comes down to goal setting.

00:31:09.421 --> 00:31:16.465
If you've got a part of your brain, It knows exactly what your life should look like for you to be at optimum functioning.

00:31:16.645 --> 00:31:24.786
In other words, for you to be truly happy, for you to be truly fulfilled, doing everything with the least amount of resistance, because, resistance isn't natural.

00:31:24.786 --> 00:31:27.590
If you look at the natural world, Everything flows.

00:31:27.980 --> 00:31:29.901
It's the path of least resistance.

00:31:30.060 --> 00:31:35.260
if you ride a bicycle into the wind, it's a lot harder and you don't get very far compared to riding with the wind.

00:31:35.621 --> 00:31:38.580
nature is built around the path of least resistance.

00:31:39.040 --> 00:31:46.671
imagine if your brain, your creative brain, knows exactly what you need to have in your life for you to be your absolute best.

00:31:47.590 --> 00:31:48.540
But you don't know.

00:31:48.780 --> 00:31:50.570
You think you know, but you can't.

00:31:50.590 --> 00:31:57.516
Because when I was lying on my mother's couch trying to figure out what I should do with my life, if someone had said to me, This is your goal.

00:31:57.516 --> 00:32:01.576
if I'd said to myself, right, my goal is I'm going to meet this amazing person like this.

00:32:01.915 --> 00:32:06.066
We're going to sail around the world in our own yacht for eight years, and I'm going to do all of these things.

00:32:06.266 --> 00:32:19.076
I'm going to be managing two businesses remotely, and I'm going to be learning all about how the brain works, and really helping people from all around the world to make breakthroughs in their life by understanding at last exactly how we're wired to be.

00:32:19.435 --> 00:32:23.455
If someone had told me that, I would have thought that was, they're insane, for two reasons.

00:32:23.756 --> 00:32:25.566
One is I didn't know that I could achieve it.

00:32:25.925 --> 00:32:27.346
I'd be like, sail a yacht?

00:32:27.365 --> 00:32:28.135
How do you do that?

00:32:28.195 --> 00:32:32.105
I had done a bit of sailing, but you know, around the Mediterranean, come on.

00:32:32.506 --> 00:32:36.395
And the second reason I wouldn't have believed it was because I didn't know that's what I wanted.

00:32:36.830 --> 00:32:42.730
how many times do we have things in our life that we go, Wow, I never knew that this would happen, but it's great.

00:32:42.871 --> 00:32:45.730
I'm so glad it did, but I could have never figured it out.

00:32:46.020 --> 00:32:54.691
And here's the biological reason why, trying to figure out what you should have in your life, or what your goals should be, in other words, why it doesn't work.

00:32:54.730 --> 00:32:59.330
it comes down to another law of nature, which is the law of biological efficiency.

00:33:00.090 --> 00:33:13.290
through billions of years, nature has figured out that the best way for anything to survive is through the conservation of energy, which means the maximum amount of result for the minimum amount of energy expended.

00:33:13.520 --> 00:33:16.401
So nature is super good at conserving energy.

00:33:16.421 --> 00:33:20.921
And when you think about us in caveman times, we might have been able to find food for a week.

00:33:21.131 --> 00:33:28.605
So we had to find a way to conserve all of our energy so that we survived and could still Have enough energy to go out and catch food after a week.

00:33:29.226 --> 00:33:41.885
So knowing that's the case, what is the most biologically efficient way for your brain to ensure that you reach the perfect state, doing all of the perfect things that you're designed to do to make you super happy and fulfilled in your life?

00:33:43.125 --> 00:33:46.665
Well, if it was to show you the goal, what would you do?

00:33:47.955 --> 00:33:49.375
You'd go, hang on a moment.

00:33:50.016 --> 00:33:52.115
You're telling me I'm going to be sailing on a yacht.

00:33:52.125 --> 00:33:53.336
no, that doesn't sound right.

00:33:53.336 --> 00:33:54.476
how on earth can I get there?

00:33:54.526 --> 00:33:55.776
that doesn't make any sense.

00:33:56.381 --> 00:33:57.221
What's happening?

00:33:57.530 --> 00:33:58.590
You're not doing anything.

00:33:58.590 --> 00:33:59.990
You're not moving towards that.

00:34:00.340 --> 00:34:05.040
You're wasting all that time, all that energy, analyzing, trying to think it out.

00:34:05.451 --> 00:34:07.300
that's not biologically efficient.

00:34:07.431 --> 00:34:08.311
It's not the way to do it.

00:34:08.990 --> 00:34:11.101
So you say, okay, don't show me the goal.

00:34:11.101 --> 00:34:12.880
Just show me the next 10 steps.

00:34:13.740 --> 00:34:15.121
And then, you write it all out.

00:34:15.121 --> 00:34:17.510
Your brain shows you the 10 steps and you go, okay.

00:34:17.931 --> 00:34:18.690
And then what do you do?

00:34:18.751 --> 00:34:22.661
You look at it and go, step number three, is that really what I should do?

00:34:22.661 --> 00:34:24.751
I better check that out and just make sure, what are you doing?

00:34:24.751 --> 00:34:27.411
You're analyzing, you're doubting, you're figuring it out.

00:34:28.150 --> 00:34:29.681
You're not taking any action.

00:34:29.690 --> 00:34:31.460
You're wasting all of that energy.

00:34:32.110 --> 00:34:38.880
the way your brain is designed to get you to where you're supposed to be, it shows you one step at a time, shows you the very next step.

00:34:39.251 --> 00:34:48.150
you have to let go of all of your expectation about where you think you should be headed and realize that your brain is going to take you in the perfect direction.

00:34:48.731 --> 00:34:49.960
I interviewed a gentleman.

00:34:51.226 --> 00:34:52.976
He's retired now, but he had a business.

00:34:52.976 --> 00:34:55.695
He had a million customers in 85 countries.

00:34:56.255 --> 00:34:57.556
He had 500 staff.

00:34:57.556 --> 00:34:58.826
He had two private jets.

00:34:58.835 --> 00:35:00.606
He was hugely successful.

00:35:01.016 --> 00:35:03.065
And I said to him, how did you achieve all of that?

00:35:03.445 --> 00:35:05.295
And he said, I don't know.

00:35:05.846 --> 00:35:08.045
He said, it wasn't on any goals list that I had.

00:35:08.045 --> 00:35:10.376
I would never have dreamt that I could have achieved all this.

00:35:10.666 --> 00:35:13.385
And what I learned to do was just take it one step at a time.

00:35:13.715 --> 00:35:15.746
I've heard this from so many successful people.

00:35:15.746 --> 00:35:19.255
If you ask them, how did you really achieve what you achieved in your life?

00:35:19.255 --> 00:35:20.585
They'll, if they're honest, they'll say.

00:35:21.400 --> 00:35:22.210
I just did it.

00:35:23.221 --> 00:35:24.420
That's the whole point.

00:35:24.710 --> 00:35:27.291
And that's why setting goals keeps you stuck.

00:35:27.735 --> 00:35:30.746
How do you know which direction to take that step in?

00:35:31.666 --> 00:35:32.646
You don't need to know.

00:35:32.686 --> 00:35:33.976
Your brain will show you.

00:35:34.115 --> 00:35:37.146
when you're using this part of your brain, you're going to see exactly what to do.

00:35:37.416 --> 00:35:40.226
And even better, you're going to find yourself doing it.

00:35:40.255 --> 00:35:42.706
how many times do we think I should do that?

00:35:43.090 --> 00:35:48.541
But we don't, we're afraid to take that step, or we're worried, or we try and analyze it, we don't take that step.

00:35:48.951 --> 00:35:58.960
But when you live in this flow state, when you're in homeostasis, when you're activating what I call the creative brain, and you've got all of these resources, you just naturally find the next step shows up.

00:35:59.420 --> 00:36:03.130
And it's a little bit like why I reached out to you to be on your show.

00:36:03.585 --> 00:36:04.596
I'd never met you.

00:36:04.596 --> 00:36:05.835
I didn't know anything about you.

00:36:05.905 --> 00:36:07.525
It just felt like the right next step.

00:36:07.865 --> 00:36:08.996
Now, where does it go from here?

00:36:09.235 --> 00:36:10.016
I have no clue.

00:36:10.106 --> 00:36:14.585
What matters is I'm here right now, and I'm talking to you, and I'm sharing this information.

00:36:14.635 --> 00:36:17.646
It doesn't matter where it goes, it will go in the right direction.

00:36:17.916 --> 00:36:23.206
Your brain is biologically designed to make sure that it does go in the right direction.

00:36:23.275 --> 00:36:27.916
It's there protecting you, trying to bring you to the state of homeostasis.

00:36:28.115 --> 00:36:39.356
And all you need to do is maintain the right brain state to allow all of these functions to do their job and stop getting in the way, which is what we do There's another part of our brain that keeps us stuck.

00:36:39.556 --> 00:36:41.465
It's the part that creates the problems.

00:36:41.885 --> 00:36:42.255
Fear.

00:36:42.275 --> 00:36:48.096
It's the part that stops us from solving problems and keeps us stuck.

00:36:48.175 --> 00:36:49.695
It's activated by fear.

00:36:50.286 --> 00:37:06.496
When you feel fear, stress, worry, frustration, you're changing your brain state on a biological level and you're deactivating your creative brain, you're activating something I call the survival brain, which has only got one purpose and that is to fight off any threat or danger to your physical survival.

00:37:07.146 --> 00:37:08.865
It's not there to solve your problems.

00:37:08.876 --> 00:37:11.266
It doesn't have a clue about how to solve your problems.

00:37:11.585 --> 00:37:18.476
Knows how to create problems by getting you to react and do the wrong things, but it's just a tool or a weapon of self defense.

00:37:20.146 --> 00:37:24.065
and it's activated by fear, stress, worry, and those negative emotions.

00:37:24.076 --> 00:37:35.686
So what most people don't realize is they've activated this part of their brain because they're feeling stressed, afraid, worried, anxious, all of those things, and they're trying to figure out their life.

00:37:35.686 --> 00:37:39.976
They're trying to fix their life, and they say to themselves, I'm so unhappy.

00:37:39.985 --> 00:37:41.246
What can I do to be happy?

00:37:41.295 --> 00:37:42.826
What do I need to do next?

00:37:42.856 --> 00:37:44.085
How can I figure this out?

00:37:44.780 --> 00:37:46.420
and what happens, you just get confused.

00:37:46.451 --> 00:37:47.740
You say, I can't think straight.

00:37:47.771 --> 00:37:48.590
I don't know what to do.

00:37:49.280 --> 00:37:50.641
Maybe I need to be rich.

00:37:51.490 --> 00:37:54.010
I'll write down my goal is to have a million dollars.

00:37:54.490 --> 00:37:56.610
But that part of your brain doesn't know the answer to any of that.

00:37:56.610 --> 00:37:58.420
It doesn't know how to solve any of your problems.

00:37:59.005 --> 00:38:09.775
And that's what keeps people stuck, trying to figure stuff out for their whole life, Excuse me, Liam, I know we're getting close to the end, so I just gotta know, This is fascinating stuff, right?

00:38:09.806 --> 00:38:18.246
And I think we've identified the problem and the solution, but really I want to focus on some meat and potatoes here, that we can give our listeners.

00:38:18.246 --> 00:38:31.496
What can we do to deactivate that survival state of the brain, with fear and stress and activate that no worry homeostasis what can we do consciously to switch gears like that?

00:38:31.496 --> 00:38:34.005
What we have to do, and remember, this isn't really a quick fix.

00:38:34.005 --> 00:38:36.795
It's like saying, what do we need to do to lose weight?

00:38:36.815 --> 00:38:38.385
Well, I can tell you what you need to do, but.

00:38:38.436 --> 00:38:39.155
You need to do it.

00:38:39.195 --> 00:38:40.715
You need to get into a different habit.

00:38:41.126 --> 00:38:47.465
what you need to realize is what is triggering, there are things in your world that are triggering this fear state.

00:38:47.856 --> 00:38:53.865
They're creating beliefs and triggers within your brain that's making your brain say, It's not safe.

00:38:53.865 --> 00:38:54.706
It's dangerous.

00:38:54.746 --> 00:38:55.115
There's a threat.

00:38:56.036 --> 00:39:00.315
so what you need to do is identify the triggers and block the triggers.

00:39:00.326 --> 00:39:03.096
Stop the triggers from activating that part of your brain.

00:39:03.936 --> 00:39:10.005
Really simply put, stop allowing anything that makes you feel bad into your environment.

00:39:10.485 --> 00:39:14.420
And people say, well, do you mean just walk around and feel good no matter what's going on?

00:39:15.021 --> 00:39:15.851
Absolutely.

00:39:15.891 --> 00:39:17.041
That's what you need to do.

00:39:17.420 --> 00:39:18.610
And people say, well, I can't do that.

00:39:18.610 --> 00:39:19.670
I've got too many problems.

00:39:19.670 --> 00:39:21.141
There's too much going on in my life.

00:39:21.420 --> 00:39:22.471
But there are lots of triggers.

00:39:22.471 --> 00:39:29.320
And this is what I help people identify is what the triggers are in their life, because most of them they're not aware of, here are a couple of simple ones.

00:39:29.610 --> 00:39:30.831
Watching the news.

00:39:30.831 --> 00:39:32.510
How does that make you feel?

00:39:32.690 --> 00:39:33.981
Does that make you feel bad?

00:39:34.601 --> 00:39:35.590
Switch it off.

00:39:35.780 --> 00:39:36.811
you've got rid of a trigger.

00:39:37.266 --> 00:39:39.146
People say, well, I can't switch off the news.

00:39:39.146 --> 00:39:40.445
You have to stay informed.

00:39:40.626 --> 00:39:41.146
Really?

00:39:41.456 --> 00:39:46.675
if you knew your life depended on not putting more negative stuff into it, would you do it?

00:39:47.246 --> 00:39:47.516
Yeah.

00:39:47.516 --> 00:39:52.155
If I came along to you with a glass of hydrochloric acid and said, drink this, would you drink it?

00:39:52.706 --> 00:39:53.045
No.

00:39:53.096 --> 00:39:58.726
it wouldn't matter what I said about how justified it would, I said, felt in telling you should drink it.

00:39:58.775 --> 00:39:59.766
You say, no way.

00:39:59.876 --> 00:40:01.996
It doesn't matter what the, what the justification.

00:40:02.335 --> 00:40:06.266
So it doesn't matter the justification that what you think you should do, like watching the news.

00:40:06.831 --> 00:40:09.771
If it makes you feel bad, it's triggering the wrong part of your brain.

00:40:10.411 --> 00:40:16.090
Other things, having a conversation with somebody about something you're not enjoying or that's making you feel stressed.

00:40:16.641 --> 00:40:21.351
You need to say, sorry, I've got to go and do something else and nice to meet you.

00:40:21.710 --> 00:40:22.981
Or change the subject.

00:40:23.221 --> 00:40:24.280
That's another trigger.

00:40:25.101 --> 00:40:30.190
Other triggers are like relationships, people, our job or our business or even in our marriage.

00:40:30.231 --> 00:40:32.840
If something's making you feel bad, the stakes are too high.

00:40:32.840 --> 00:40:34.561
You have to find a way to eliminate it.

00:40:34.876 --> 00:40:40.186
And often you can just walk away and often you end the relationship or you fix the relationship.

00:40:40.865 --> 00:40:43.045
But all of these triggers, there's a lot of them.

00:40:43.045 --> 00:40:47.695
And once you start reducing them, you start to allow your brain to see things in a different way.

00:40:47.706 --> 00:40:51.155
You see life in a different way and you start to let go.

00:40:51.646 --> 00:40:52.936
And what does it say in the Bible?

00:40:53.346 --> 00:40:59.405
this great success manual, be not afraid 365 times it says, be not afraid.

00:40:59.806 --> 00:41:04.576
Now it's not saying try not to be afraid of saying, be not afraid because when you feel fear.

00:41:05.266 --> 00:41:07.695
You've shut yourself off from your creative brain.

00:41:07.775 --> 00:41:16.416
You've shut yourself off from all of the resources that God or intelligence or nature, whatever you want to call it, has given you to give you the best life possible.

00:41:16.856 --> 00:41:23.126
So it doesn't matter how hard you try, if you're not using that machine in the right way and you've cut that off, there's nothing I can do for you.

00:41:23.126 --> 00:41:25.525
Sorry, so it's all about that's great.

00:41:25.936 --> 00:41:33.715
You know, it is something I like to say I'm very protective of the energy around me and that includes the people surround yourself with right?

00:41:34.056 --> 00:41:55.596
So there's a lot of people that have changed in my life that I still care for but I don't have them around in my life including family because it goes back to Negativity, you know, the world is coming to an end this is everything that's going to go wrong rather than thinking about what can go right, or where's opportunity, I've even changed a question in our Wayfinder 4, which is probably a good segue to identify opportunity.

00:41:55.831 --> 00:42:02.541
as I've surrounded myself more with high achieving, positive people that I want to be around, I noticed that's the way they think.

00:42:03.221 --> 00:42:06.601
They're constantly looking for opportunity and being positive.

00:42:06.851 --> 00:42:13.960
if they even smell fear or, Negativity you're immediately shunned and there's a good reason.

00:42:14.061 --> 00:42:16.851
this is biology We're not talking about anything esoteric here.

00:42:16.851 --> 00:42:24.041
This is pure biology people who are successful if they're truly feeling happy and balanced in their life, this is the way they naturally operate.

00:42:24.041 --> 00:42:33.900
You're right They don't want negative stuff in your life this you don't need it And it's, it's, it's being aware that this has a biological effect on your brain.

00:42:33.900 --> 00:42:35.880
This is the way you're designed.

00:42:36.661 --> 00:42:40.940
the great thing is when you really get this life becomes a lot more enjoyable.

00:42:41.001 --> 00:42:42.751
You don't worry about what's going to happen.

00:42:42.900 --> 00:42:46.650
You know that it's all going to turn out fine this isn't positive thinking.

00:42:46.751 --> 00:42:48.010
Positive thinking doesn't work.

00:42:48.360 --> 00:42:49.130
This is knowing.

00:42:49.621 --> 00:42:53.130
I mean, how many things do we know that we don't worry about?

00:42:53.210 --> 00:42:54.731
We know our heart's going to keep beating.

00:42:54.780 --> 00:42:55.911
We know we're going to keep breathing.

00:42:56.266 --> 00:43:01.626
We know that when we're driving on the road, all the cars on the other side are going to stay on their side and not hit us.

00:43:01.726 --> 00:43:04.405
we don't worry about them because we know that's just the way it works.

00:43:04.525 --> 00:43:13.476
So when you start using your brain the right way, start activating your creative brain and seeing the results in your life and feeling the difference, you go, well, this is just the way it works.

00:43:13.476 --> 00:43:14.536
I don't need to worry about it.

00:43:14.735 --> 00:43:16.885
I just do what shows up the very next thing.

00:43:17.496 --> 00:43:19.706
And that's when life becomes an adventure.

00:43:20.146 --> 00:43:22.635
we're not supposed to know what's going to happen in the future.

00:43:22.635 --> 00:43:24.675
We're supposed to enjoy what's happening right now.

00:43:24.981 --> 00:43:28.630
most of us, unfortunately, are never here right now to enjoy it.

00:43:28.681 --> 00:43:31.780
We're always somewhere else, trying to get somewhere else.

00:43:31.990 --> 00:43:40.351
And that's why we're not living the way we're naturally designed to live being in this homeostasis best that we can be state.

00:43:40.811 --> 00:43:41.110
Yeah.

00:43:41.791 --> 00:43:45.101
This show will be coming out, mid September.

00:43:45.380 --> 00:43:50.201
we're going to be at the peak of election season here in the United States.

00:43:50.570 --> 00:43:51.490
I know you're in Denmark.

00:43:52.041 --> 00:43:54.880
I want to touch back on what you said about the news.

00:43:55.340 --> 00:43:59.490
it is all around us I don't watch the news, I haven't watched the news in, years.

00:43:59.490 --> 00:44:05.431
I never know what's happening around me except, with things like the national elections it creeps up everywhere.

00:44:05.440 --> 00:44:07.400
You can't look at your social media.

00:44:07.400 --> 00:44:08.780
You can't, pick up a paper.

00:44:08.791 --> 00:44:10.670
You can't go anywhere without it being in your face.

00:44:11.021 --> 00:44:12.851
And already it's having an effect on me.

00:44:13.050 --> 00:44:19.795
this morning, I was out on my run with my running team and, somehow politics came up.

00:44:19.795 --> 00:44:30.036
We never talk about politics, but now it's coming up and you can immediately feel, even though we're all probably similarly aligned, you can already feel the tension build up.

00:44:30.036 --> 00:44:31.456
I think we really got to be careful.

00:44:32.070 --> 00:44:42.701
at the end of the day, it is to their advantage to put fear in us, to be negative, to get on the news, about the other side and, it's really bad stuff.

00:44:42.701 --> 00:44:47.501
So I'd say we really got to be careful with that to allow us to stay in homeostasis.

00:44:49.110 --> 00:44:55.501
the most advanced, knowledgeable people, neuroscientists, people who understand human behavior.

00:44:55.916 --> 00:44:58.976
And how the brain works, all of the stuff that I'm talking about.

00:44:58.985 --> 00:45:06.065
this is science for the people who really understand this, the highest paid people, work for major corporations and governments.

00:45:06.615 --> 00:45:16.916
And one of the things they realize is if you control the way to control people is by putting them in a fearful state, because if you think about it, biologically, one of the functions, when you're a fearful state.

00:45:17.251 --> 00:45:22.001
Is that's a sign from your brain telling you you're faced with an immediate threat or danger.

00:45:22.380 --> 00:45:29.001
And if you lived in prehistoric times, imagine the tribe was coming over the hill to kill you all what does the tribe need to do?

00:45:29.271 --> 00:45:32.630
It needs to have one person tell everybody else what to do.

00:45:33.090 --> 00:45:42.880
So when you're in a fearful state, you are far more receptive and vulnerable to somebody else telling you what to do and what to think, because your brain is looking for direction.

00:45:42.931 --> 00:45:44.920
It's saying, I have a problem.

00:45:45.210 --> 00:45:45.931
What do I do?

00:45:46.090 --> 00:45:53.871
Now the military uses, fear to make people do things they would never otherwise do, which is kill other people So this is a biological process.

00:45:53.891 --> 00:45:58.940
what we don't realize is it's not just fear blocking our creative resources.

00:45:59.121 --> 00:46:06.481
It's literally making us susceptible to the ideas and direction of other people rather than using our own awareness.

00:46:07.235 --> 00:46:11.925
this is why you see people walking around in fear all the time, consuming all the news.

00:46:11.925 --> 00:46:13.025
It's like an addiction.

00:46:13.695 --> 00:46:17.735
literally being programmed, their brain has been programmed to consume more.

00:46:17.746 --> 00:46:26.956
Do what we tell you, you know, and not only do what we tell you, but see what we tell you is important to tell yourself that that's important.

00:46:27.195 --> 00:46:36.126
Because remember, you don't have any control over your life and you have problems and need solutions, you need to spend money and have other people tell you how to live your life.

00:46:36.826 --> 00:46:41.396
That's all part of the programming of this part of the brain, so you need to get out of that.

00:46:41.496 --> 00:46:43.215
we're not weak people.

00:46:43.215 --> 00:46:48.016
We're designed with this amazing machine to make us live the best life possible.

00:46:48.056 --> 00:46:49.445
It does it for the rest of nature.

00:46:50.195 --> 00:46:52.396
This is all quite powerful stuff, really.

00:46:52.436 --> 00:46:53.476
It is very powerful.

00:46:54.556 --> 00:47:08.585
Liam, we can keep going on this, and I also never even got to talk into, I was really curious about your life because you're a nomadic person right now, and that's something I'm very curious about, we're going to have to get you back on because there's too much to talk about here.

00:47:09.295 --> 00:47:14.440
In the meantime, I'd like to switch over to our world famous Wayfinder 4.

00:47:14.800 --> 00:47:19.360
So, Liam, can you give us a hack that you use?

00:47:19.490 --> 00:47:29.690
This is something like a shortcut you use every day to be more productive Best thing you can do, take the next step and the next one will be revealed.

00:47:29.900 --> 00:47:32.920
Say to yourself, what do I feel motivated to do right now?

00:47:33.590 --> 00:47:35.181
And make it a really small step.

00:47:35.530 --> 00:47:38.731
It could be open your email or close your email.

00:47:38.931 --> 00:47:39.860
Could be go for a walk.

00:47:39.871 --> 00:47:43.481
Could be go up to your wife or husband and give them a hug.

00:47:44.076 --> 00:47:54.135
Make it a really small step and say to yourself, all I'm going to focus on is doing that next step and seeing what it feels like and not looking any further than that and seeing what the next step is that shows up.

00:47:54.606 --> 00:47:56.885
But don't, don't worry about whether you're going to make a mistake.

00:47:56.925 --> 00:48:00.155
Don't act out of fear or stop yourself acting out of fear.

00:48:00.396 --> 00:48:01.755
Just take the very next step.

00:48:02.326 --> 00:48:16.601
And literally, people I've spoken to who've done that, not only have become millionaires from doing it, if you like, if that's their path, but they've realised that it's It's, it's really what creates happiness in your life.

00:48:16.791 --> 00:48:19.150
You are literally going to get on the right track by doing that.

00:48:20.320 --> 00:48:20.891
I love that.

00:48:21.880 --> 00:48:23.570
Uh, Liam, how about a favorite?

00:48:24.530 --> 00:48:28.351
Could be a book, movie, activity, hobby.

00:48:29.911 --> 00:48:34.280
Well, my favorite film of all time is, uh, maybe showing my age, it's called The Matrix.

00:48:34.646 --> 00:48:35.215
Oh, yeah.

00:48:35.706 --> 00:48:45.456
And you know, in the Matrix, the master Morpheus is trying to teach Neo about how, who he really is that he's not controlled by this programming.

00:48:45.775 --> 00:48:51.096
And he says to him, you have to let it all go, fear, doubt, and disbelief.

00:48:51.135 --> 00:48:52.235
You have to let it all go.

00:48:52.505 --> 00:48:54.246
You have to free your mind.

00:48:55.536 --> 00:48:58.945
And fear, doubt, and disbelief is what keeps you a prisoner.

00:48:59.436 --> 00:49:03.346
So that's one of the reasons, it's an amazing film, if people haven't watched it, I highly recommend it.

00:49:03.516 --> 00:49:04.096
Oh, yeah.

00:49:04.106 --> 00:49:05.496
I don't know anybody who hasn't watched it.

00:49:05.496 --> 00:49:06.576
It's a classic for sure.

00:49:07.036 --> 00:49:07.295
Yeah.

00:49:07.436 --> 00:49:10.275
And one that you can get more from every time you watch, right?

00:49:10.615 --> 00:49:11.976
It's very deep.

00:49:12.065 --> 00:49:12.356
Yeah.

00:49:12.806 --> 00:49:14.885
How about a piece of advice for your younger self?

00:49:16.735 --> 00:49:19.516
Just let go and not worry so much about what's going to happen.

00:49:21.505 --> 00:49:26.175
Focus more on how you feel rather than trying to do something to make you feel better.

00:49:26.346 --> 00:49:28.195
Just focus on feeling better.

00:49:28.865 --> 00:49:34.755
And also, start to really look into nature and how nature works.

00:49:35.235 --> 00:49:43.695
And realize there's something very powerful, there's an intelligence there that is far more powerful than what you're going to find in any book or what you are trying to figure out.

00:49:43.925 --> 00:49:52.306
It's got, you know, just a quick thing, this, this mechanism I'm talking about that heals your life, that wants the best for you to put you in homeostasis.

00:49:53.036 --> 00:49:55.315
How do you imagine your finger heals if you cut it?

00:49:56.306 --> 00:50:04.036
You don't sit there and try and figure it out and focus on it and visualize your finger healed and set a goal that it's going to be healed and worry about it.

00:50:04.416 --> 00:50:06.246
You just know it's naturally your body.

00:50:06.246 --> 00:50:09.496
There's all of these gazillion things that are going on inside you all the time.

00:50:09.826 --> 00:50:13.485
They're all going to go to work to heal the finger and get you back to being healthy.

00:50:14.186 --> 00:50:17.126
So that's the same process we need to understand for our life.

00:50:17.126 --> 00:50:19.235
That's what it'll do for our life, not just the finger.

00:50:19.235 --> 00:50:20.585
It's going to do for our whole life.

00:50:21.001 --> 00:50:24.061
It's exactly the same principle and process at work.

00:50:25.460 --> 00:50:26.181
So well put.

00:50:27.021 --> 00:50:29.840
What about a big opportunity that you see out there?

00:50:31.791 --> 00:50:49.280
Well, I don't know if you call it an opportunity, but I just see so many people struggling and they're, they're really trying and they're, they don't know why they're stressed and they're trying to put so much more effort into any, everything to try and get out of the situation they're in and really to try and get rid of their stress.

00:50:49.570 --> 00:50:52.490
So I think the opportunity that I see is for people to understand.

00:50:53.126 --> 00:50:56.266
this complete shift in the way you look at how you live your life.

00:50:56.675 --> 00:51:02.025
And the more you understand it, the more you naturally are going to do it.

00:51:02.085 --> 00:51:07.726
And it's really like, as it says in the matrix, it's a bit like, I can show you the door, but you're the one who has to step through it.

00:51:08.065 --> 00:51:13.365
But once you step through that door, the opportunity is to realize there's a completely different way to live.

00:51:13.365 --> 00:51:15.746
And we've been really led down the wrong track.

00:51:16.025 --> 00:51:20.846
We've been given all the wrong ideas about who we are, what our brain is, what we're designed to do.

00:51:21.505 --> 00:51:23.356
And that's what keeps, has kept us struggling.

00:51:26.135 --> 00:51:27.806
Yeah, that's, that's really good.

00:51:28.166 --> 00:51:32.295
How about, um, if people want to know any more about you, how can they find you, Liam?

00:51:34.166 --> 00:51:35.396
Well, my, there's my website, liamnayden.

00:51:35.905 --> 00:51:38.246
com, but, but actually there's something I've just created.

00:51:38.246 --> 00:51:41.396
I'd really like to share it with your, with your listeners.

00:51:41.726 --> 00:51:47.346
If they send me an email and just send it to course, c o u r s e at liamnayden.

00:51:47.376 --> 00:51:51.306
com, they'll instantly get a mini course I've just created.

00:51:51.721 --> 00:51:56.400
Which is about how to, what I call how to unlock your rapid solution brain.

00:51:56.740 --> 00:52:02.710
And this is a technique that's hidden within the teachings of religion and something that I've uncovered about how the brain works.

00:52:02.990 --> 00:52:09.751
But it's a technique you can use to find pretty well an instant solution to almost any problem just by using your brain differently.

00:52:10.030 --> 00:52:15.831
So it's a really powerful idea of, it's quite simple, but it's, it's all contained in this mini course that I've created.

00:52:15.831 --> 00:52:19.320
So if people just send an email to course at liamnayden.

00:52:19.371 --> 00:52:21.170
com, they'll, they'll get that.

00:52:21.630 --> 00:52:22.351
Free course.

00:52:22.940 --> 00:52:23.590
Oh, excellent.

00:52:23.610 --> 00:52:24.911
Well, thank you so much for that.

00:52:24.911 --> 00:52:26.771
That was very generous and Liam.

00:52:26.771 --> 00:52:30.570
This was a Incredibly thought provoking Conversation.

00:52:30.760 --> 00:52:43.014
I I'm sure our listeners got a lot out of this We also probably need to get you back because I think that there's there's more to add on to I think we all fall into In today's world in how connected we are.

00:52:43.014 --> 00:52:57.626
We we do fall into a lot of fear And disbelief and disturbance and it just causes a lot of stress and it's not letting us live in that state of homeostasis, like you say, that we should be living in and help us achieve success.

00:52:57.626 --> 00:53:03.275
So thank you for sharing that background with us and your wisdom and hope to have you back on.

00:53:04.460 --> 00:53:05.030
I'd love to.

00:53:05.081 --> 00:53:05.311
Yeah.

00:53:05.311 --> 00:53:13.260
And that's really what I'm trying to do as well as create a community of people who think who understand this, because once you start getting it, you're right.

00:53:13.280 --> 00:53:14.141
Most people don't.

00:53:14.150 --> 00:53:21.920
And they're going to try and pull you back into the old way that's based on stress and struggle and you have to watch the news and you have to do all these things and you have to set goals.

00:53:22.481 --> 00:53:29.871
So, you know, having a supportive community or other people who are on the same journey, I think that's, that's really helpful and that's part of what I do as well.

00:53:30.460 --> 00:53:31.090
That's excellent.

00:53:31.110 --> 00:53:31.880
Thank you so much.

00:53:31.880 --> 00:53:33.550
I look forward to learning more about that.

00:53:33.951 --> 00:53:34.641
Take care, Liam.

00:53:35.721 --> 00:53:36.710
Thanks very much.

00:53:37.101 --> 00:53:37.690
Thank you, Leo.

00:53:43.161 --> 00:53:44.920
