My journey into emotional wellness and founding my company began unexpectedly in 1995 when I started my first men's group. This path led me to write a book, appear in a documentary, and launch both a nonprofit and initiatives like EVRYMAN, and now MELD (Men’s Emotional Leadership Development). These ventures are dedicated to helping men pursue personal growth through science-backed, community-oriented practices.
