I’m Amber Kliphouse, and my journey has been a tapestry woven with challenges, resilience, and triumphs. At the age of 16, I took a bold step and ran away from a toxic home environment, finding myself pregnant and navigating the complexities of motherhood at 17. My son's father tragically left this world when our child was just six months old, leaving me to face the challenges of single parenthood. Life took a positive turn when I met my husband 16 years ago. Together, we defied skeptics and overcame financial struggles. Having weathered storms, we blended our families to rewrite an ending that fits. My professional journey has been equally transformative. After the abrupt closure of the cleaning company where I worked, my husband encouraged me to venture into entrepreneurship. I founded and single-handedly managed a cleaning company for 15 years. Recently, I embarked on a new chapter, closing the cleaning company to join forces with my husband in real estate investing. Today, we proudly own over 60 rental properties, a testament to our resilience and determination to create a life of ultimate freedom. Beyond business success, I find immense fulfillment in giving back. My passion lies in placing single moms, like myself once, into our rentals to provide them with a second chance. I firmly believe that everyone has a story worth listening to, and I am grateful for the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of others.
